After trying Quinoa veg Pulav this is the second recipe which I tried with beautiful quinoa pearls..This is same like curd rice but instead of rice here I used quinoa...This is a very healthy one pot meals to enjoy in break fast times or in lunch instead of rice...
Even,for dinner times also it works out very well.Try it and enjoy.

WHAT YOU NEED

quinoa-1/2 cup
green chili-4-5
thick fresh curd/yogurt-1 cupginger garlic paste/GGP-2 tsp
salt -to taste
carrot - 1 big grated
cucumber-1 grated


To temper
Oil-2 tbsp
mustard seeds-1 tsp
cumin seeds-1 tsp

hing-2-3 pinches
red chili-4-5
raisins-8-10
curry leaves-1 sprig


HOW TO COOK

Wash quinoa  2-3 times and soak in water for 20 minutes..Now in a vessel heat 1 cup of water,while boiling add quinoa and cook until quinoa turns soft.. 

Now in curd add milk,salt cucumber,carrot and mix well..Add in cooked quinoa and mix once again..Rest  it for 15 minutes..

Heat a pan with oil and saute ingredients which mentioned under to temper.fry for 2 minutes and turn off..add tadka/popu in curd..serve with any pickle
