WHAT YOU NEED

radish -1 very small (see below picture)
oil-3 tbsp
coriander seeds-2 tbsp
cumin-1 tsp
dry red chili-4-5
fenugreek seeds-1 tsp
onion-1 small
tomato-1 small
garlic cloves-3-4 small
tamarind pulp-goose berry size
salt-to taste

Tadka/Popu/Talimpu

Oil-2 tbsp
mustard seeds-1 tsp
cumin seeds-1 tsp
urad dal/mina pappu-1 tsp
hing/asafetida/inguva powder-2-3 pinches
dry red chili-1
curry leaves-10



HOW TO COOK

In a pan take 1 tbsp oil and roast radish til turns soft.Remove on a plate..Now in th esame pan add 1 tbsp oil again and onions+tomatoes til mushy.

Take this also in a plate..Now in the same pan add final 1tbsp oil and roast coriander seeds,cumin,red chili,fenugreek seeds...

Now take radish,onion+tomatoes mixture,roasted spices mixture in mixy jar.. Along with garlic cloves,tamarind pulp blend into fine paste.Use very little bit of water if it is too thick.

Now prepare tadka/popu/talimpu (in a pan add oil.when the oil is hot add all ingredients which mentioned under tadka and roast half second.) and add in chutney..Serve hot with rice or rotis.
