Baby Corn Pepper Rice | Baby Corn Bell Pepper Rice | Baby Corn Capsicum Rice | Baby Corn Fried Rice | Indian Baby Corn Recipes




CATEGORY-VEGAN/RICE/BABY CORN/LUNCH
PREPARATION TIME- 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 15 MINUTES


WHAT YOU NEED

(Cooked) Basmati Rice or normal rice - 1 cup
Onion -1 chopped
Baby corn - 5-6
green capsicum/bell pepper- 1 medium sized 
Garlic -2 cloves or ginger garlic paste/GGP-1 tsp
black pepper powder - 3/4 tsp
Coriander powder+Jeera/cumin powder - 1/2 tsp_1/2 tsp (optional)
Salt as required
Oil - 1 tbsp

cloves-2
green cardamom pod-1


HOW TO COOK

Cut baby corn and bell pepper lengthwise.

Heat oil in a pan,Saute cumin,cloves,green cardamom pod..  add chopped onion+GGP and fry for a few minutes till it is slightly cooked then add in baby corns, bell pepper and throw salt..


Cook for few (5-6) minutes in medium flame and now throw in all the spice powders and add rice needed.

Mix every thing and serve with raita and any vegetable fry .
