Iam back with another part in our Guest post friday Series! Today I would like to introduce you,Sundari nathan who blogs at My Magic Pan.com She creates simple,tasty recipes and her recipes are perfect for families,even beginners also can follow easily in  this present busy lifestyle.

1.Few words about u/some thing special which we don`t know??

Iam Sundari Nathan - I love to read books - especially crime novels and to ride bikes. Really miss my kinetic honda!!

2. 3 Food photography tips or  3 useful kitchen tips??

Am still a learner as far as photography is concerned.Still improving day by day. 

.All I know is, click as many pictures as possible in day light. 
.The pictures look good when clicked immediately after cooking (fresh).
.Props do play an important role. Am just crazy for props.

3. How to improve fans n followers for food blog n food bog face book page??

My blog is a space where I share my passion. My policy is to Just keep doing my job to the best of my satisfaction. Fans will follow automatically.

4.How food blog changed ur life?How many recipes your posting in a month approximately and your memorable moments which related to blog??

Blogging has kept me busy addicted!! Encourages/Inspires me to try new dishes.Its the menu card for my son!! Even when my family is hungry, I will never miss to click pictures if I have decided to post that dish.  I normally post 2-3 recipes in a week.

5.Finally,tell me few words abt MLH??

Now finally about MLH - Usha's lovely space. Usha is a truly admirable personality!! As far as I know she speaks from her heart. I would rather say she is an open book, though I haven`t read all her pages!! Very active in facebook! Inspite of being a busy mom of 2 kids, I really appreciate her passion for cooking and blogging. I love her commitment - this guest post series is one such example!!

Now to the guest post…

The first fruit that comes to my mind in summer is Watermelon. I really miss the sight of the road side shops in Chennai, loaded with watermelons, mangoes and tender coconuts!! So here u go with my favourite fruit juice - Watermelon Juice!!This is a refreshing juice, perfect for the weather to keep u hydrated.


[Preparation Time-15 mins : Cooking Time- NIL]
Ingredients:

Watermelon - 1 medium size
Sugar - 2 tbsp(optional)
Ginger - 1 inch piece (chopped)
Mint - 10 to 15 leaves


Method:

Peel, de seed the watermelon and chop it into cubes. Likewise peel and chop the ginger finely. Take chopped watermelon, ginger, mint leaves and sugar in a blender. Blend well until there are no tiny bits.
Refreshing Watermelon Juice is ready!!
Serve chilled!!
   




Tips:
1.      No water is required to make this watermelon juice. This fruit has enough water in it.
2.     I served the juice as is without straining. U can strain it if u want.
3.     Skip sugar if u dont prefer to add.
