Ginger Mixed Fruit Salad With Lemon And Honey | Quick And Easy Mixed Fruit Salad With Ginger Powder | Lemon Honey Flavored Fruit Salad


It`s a plus point for bloggers to try so many recipes with fruits when she blessed with hubby who loves fruits madly..Hahahaha.. Iam the example in this..DH  purchase fruits often and I prefers different kind of salads every time..Usually monday and thursday I make salads and this is one of the easy salad which I prepared recently..
personally I love ginger and ginger powder so,I used ginger powder here as the main ingredient..The fruits which I used here are my favorite so,you can choose any fruits of your choice..Mango which I used here is too pulpy so,salad resulted little bit mushy..So,I suggest to use firm mango fruit which gives a good look in salad.Adding fruits in our daily diet is very Important for good health.try this salad next time and enjoy a bowl always fresh..:)

WHAT YOU NEED

Mango-1 small fruit
apple-1 big
pear-1 big
kiwi-1 big
lemon juice-1/2 wedge
dry ginger powder-1/2 tsp
cinnamon powder-1/2 tsp
honey-1 tbsp


HOW TO COOK

Wash fruits(peel skin for mango and kiwi) and chop well..all fruits should be in same size..Take all fruits in bowl and squeeze fresh lemon juice,add dry ginger powder,cinnamon powder and honey..Mix gently and let it rest for 20-30 minutes..

Top it with few banana slices or walnuts and serve it..You can refrigerate for some times and serve...
