 This is the easiest Waffle recipe I have ever tried on my own idea and the result is outstanding. This Mango Breakfast Waffles are crisp with a light fluffy centre. Here I used egg and milk,so can`t say vegan.

But surprising point is i did n`t used butter or even a drop of oil too. The process of making this waffles quite easy and can prepare in less than 30 minutes..I can say these are the one of the best waffles to try out with ripen mangoes and including kids even elders also enjoys with core.This is one of the perfect recipe to book mark and to try out for breakfast in the busy morning schedule.I served simply but you can top it with fresh mango pieces or any flavored ice cream if you like.. CATEGORY-BREAKFAST WAFFLES/KIDS FAVORITE WAFFLES/KIDS SNACKS

PREPARATION TIME- 20 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 30 MINUTES



WHAT YOU NEED


1 egg (small)

1/2 tsp vanilla essence
pinch of salt
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup fresh mango puree

1/3 cup  3% fat cow milk
HOW TO COOK

spray oil or melted butter to brush liberally onto waffle plates.

Mix all the ingredients one by one thoroughly in a large bowl and then pour a portion of batter on a waffle griddle and cook until done. (my waffle iron usually cooks them within 3-5 mins. Individual Waffle irons may vary,so keep any eye)


MAHAS NOTES

If the mango is too sweet in taste reduce sugar.like minus the sugar 2-3 tbsp.


If the batter looks too thin add 1-2 tbsp flour.


You can use brown sugar too..vanilla is just an optional.


Cook for maximum time,also keep an eye to avoiding burning from bottom.
