OATS FLOUR BANANA WAFFLES
Iam loving waffles and pancakes these days and trying different combination every time.. I have posted few waffles recipes already last year and this is a special recipe which is is my favorite too.Because here in this recipe you no need to add any flour (even wheat flour) butter and oil too..Just take some oat meals and grind onto fine powder and use in batter along with other ingredients.
Definitely,this is a keeper recipe for every one which saves your time in busy mornings...Also,must try recipe those who loves banana or who loves waffles and most of the important If your kids are avoiding banana make these waffles and serve them..I bet,they wil ask for second round..Hahahaha... WHAT YOU NEED


Banana-1 ripen
oats flour-4 tbsp
milk-2 tbsp
sugar-1 tbsp (optional)
egg-1
salt-pinch
vanilla extract-1/2 tsp
cinnamon powder-1/2 tsp (optional)
oil- to grease waffle maker


HOW TO COOK

In a mixing bowl take flour,salt,sugar and mix well..

To this add oil,milk and banana puree and combine every thing finely..Finally add egg and blend every thing carefully.Don`t over mix..

Plug in waffles maker and grase it with oil.Use good quality brush. when it`s hot pour a 1/2 cup of batter into it..Cover it and let it cook til done..

Follow the rules according to your waffle maker book let to cook perfectly...So,it`s depend on your waffles maker model and careful with timing..

When waffles are crispy and brown in color turn off .

Pour some honey or some chopped bananas or chocolate semiya and serve hot with a cup of coffee/tea.
