Onion Mint Pakoda | Onion Pudina Pakodi | Onion Pudina Bajji | Easy Pakora Recipes | Spicy Indian Deep Fried Tea Time Snacks

I brought chick pea flour from indian last year.I tried  few popular recipes and then suddenly stopped using..Even I don`t know the reason about it..Already it crossed one year and started forming weevils..Upphhh!! this pantry beetles are one of the biggest problem in food packets. That too specially in indian food products you can see the formation of this irritating weevils very quickly.
Believe me..I have seen that indian food products like breads, flours, lentils can`t store for long time, have to finish before the date expiration. But ,in foz i observed that can use some foods even after crossing it`s date,if we put them in fridge, can store for some more days..Actually what Iam trying out say is,the reason behind this recipe is my chick pea flour. hehehehe,Sounds silly nah..But it`s true..

Actually I thought to deep fry some onion pakoda and sent my (maid)girl to buy some cilantro leaves which is important in pakoda. But she came with a mint bunch. So,instead of dropping out,my creative brain imagined about the combination of onion+mint  and within few minutes prepared batter. Finally created this unexpected combination pakoras..The ingredients I use in batter are so simple, you no need to run any where,no pre-preparations at all.Just, slice some onions, pluck mint leaves and wash first, then mix flour with other ingredients and throw this 2 main ings and mix well then drop in hot oil. Enjoy the hot pakodas with hot tea or coffee.
