Pineapple Banana Ginger Juice | Summer Fruit Juice Recipes | Healthy Summer Drinks | Quick and Easy Refreshing Summer Drinks Recipes


This is a simple juice of pine apple which I blended with banana and ginger powder..The three main ingredients are DH favorite,so,you can guess that I prepared this specially for him..
As I told earlier in so many posts,it`s still hot in foz and waiting for the final day of summer.So,every day after returning from work DH  asks for juices.Usually I go for watermelon or orange juices,but nowadays both fruits became very expensive.So,for a change,started buying pine apple and came to know it is hubby`s favorite fruit too..This juice is very refreshing and healthy too.Here I did n`t added milk or any ice cream,so,I can say it`s guilt free drink to sip out..More than kids elders can enjoy because of the ingredients which I used in the recipe. Enjoy it as cool afternoon drink during hot summer.

WHAT YOU NEED

*pineapple pieces-1 cup
salt-2 pinches
sugar-1 tbsp (optional)
*banana -1 big
water -2 cups
ground pepper-1/4 tsp
*dry ginger powder-1/2 tsp

HOW TO MAKE
Take pineapple pieces, salt, sugar, banana, water and ground pepper,ginger powder in a blender or mixer and blend until smooth puree.

Strain and pour puree in a bowl,fill up two serving glasses and serve.

 (add orange juice in it and mix properly,if you like-its optional)
