Hey...I found chia seeds..hehehehe!!!!! such a happy feeling of a true foodie!!! I love searching 
all kind of ingredients/veggies to try new recipe every time..It may sounds silly for you all.But actually,in brasil particularly in foz it`s bit tough to find our indian foods (ingredients)  In these 7 years, find out so many stuffs and still trying for few..;)
One day,casually we took a ride to argentina.While roaming in a small super market saw this chia seeds.. I was in doubt to buy them first later after deciding strictly got a small packet in hands.Within few seconds,mind started thinking about recipes. Hahahaha!!!! So,ultimately you all going to see new recipes of chia seeds in Mahaslovelyhome..

Coming to this,This is a simple milk shake without an ice cream..The main ingredient are pistachio,cocoa and chia seeds..I don`t know this is combination is popular or not,but I really loved it..Being a chocolate lover,of course I should.If you like to use raw cocoa in liquids,definitely you`ll like this version too.Try next time and let me know..:)

PISTACHIOS HEALTH BENEFITS

Pistachios are delicious tree nuts recognized for their wholesome nutrition properties. Together with walnuts,almonds, and cashew, they offer good sources of protein, fats, and minerals to inhabitants living around otherwise dry and arid regions of Central, West and South Asia.

Pista kernels are rich source of many anti-oxidant phyto-chemical substances such as carotenes, vitamin E, and polyphenolic antioxidant compounds. Research studies suggest that these compounds may help remove toxic free-radicals from the body, and thus, protect it from diseases, cancers, and infections.

Pistachios are excellent sources of vitamin-E; especially rich in gamma-tocopherol; compose about 23 g per100 g. vitamin E is a powerful lipid-soluble antioxidant essential for maintaining the integrity of cell membranes of mucosa and skin. In addition, vitamin E too works as scavengers of harmful Free oxygen radicals.

The nuts are packed with many important B-complex groups of vitamins such as riboflavin, niacin, thiamin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B-6, and folates.

WHAT YOU NEED

Pistachio-20
cocoa powder-1/8 cup
vanilla essence-1 tsp
chia seeds-1 tbsp
milk-1 cup
water-1/4 cup
honey-2 tbsp




HOW TO COOK

Soak chia seeds in water for 10-15 minutes and then take all the ingredients in blender and run jar for 2 minutes until smooth.

Pour in glass and serve..You can refrigerate for some time.
