Restaurant Style Creamy Egg Cashew Gravy | Boiled Egg kaju Gravy | Kodiguddu Kaju Masala | Anda kaju Masala Gravy For Flat Breads


Generally sunday I cook chicken curries or gravies,but some times goes for this kind of egg gravies too.More than the rice egg curries and gravies tastes best with rotis or pulkas..I have posted few egg gravy dishes already.So, this time according to my own ideas prepared this rich gravy..
For the base I used  store bought tomato puree and  for the rich taste used almonds+cashews  paste.. This gravy is a perfect pair for parottas and chapathis..If the boiled eggs are ready in hand,you can make this dish in less than 30 minutes definitely. Try this next time and enjoy hot always.. :)

WHAT YOU NEED


Boiled eggs-4-5

onion-1 medium size
tomato puree-1 cup (I used store bought)
Cashews+almonds-10+10
milk-1/3 cup
red chili powder-to taste
salt-to taste
garam masala-1/2 tsp 
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
cumin powder-1/2 tsp

finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves


Whole Garam masala


fennel seeds-1/2 tsp
Cardamom-2
Cinnamon-1 inch pieces-2
Cloves-3

cumin-1 tsp
oil-3 tbsp




HOW TO COOK


Boil eggs and remove shells.Soak almonds,cashews in milk for 15 minutes and grind into fine paste.Heat a non stick pan and saute ingredients which mentioned under the list.

Next fry onion,GGP and fry until turns in brown in color.Then add in tomato puree and spice powders,mix well.Cook for 2 minutes in medium flame and add  ground cashew paste+1/2 cup of water and mix it.


When the gravy starts boiling add in cumin+coriander powders,garam masala and stir in together.Add in boiled eggs and mix well.Finally throw in kasoori methi and cook for 2-3 minutes..


Turn off and add cilantro leaves.Serve hot with roti or mild flavored pulavs.
