HOW TO COOK

In yogurt/curd add all in spice powders..Mix well and keep aside.Grind onions into fine puree. If you are using fresh tomatoes grind into puree. Wash chicken twice and keep aside.

Now heat on pressure cooker with oil, throw in whole spices saute for few seconds. Add in onion puree,GGP and saute for 2-3 minutes in medium flame.

Next add chicken and mix gently.Cook for 2 minutes in high flame, add in tomato puree.Combine every thing. After a minute pour in yogurt which you prepared first by adding all spice powders..If you want too spice add red chilli powder at this time (I added) and mix once again.

Add in 1/2 -1 cup water for gravy consistency. It is depended on your taste.I don`t add much water generally. Close with lid and pressure cook for 15-20 minutes or for 3 whistles in medium flame and turn off..

Serve hot with rotis/naan/pulkas.
