2. 3 Food photography tips or  3 useful kitchen tips??

a) While grinding batter for urad dal vada,i usually apply some oil inside of the jar. This helps us to pour the ground batter out into the bowl with out any mess.

b) while frying any deep frying dishes like vada/pakoda/bhajji etc. add a pinch of salt to the oil. This helps the dish not to stick to the bottom.

c) While making stuffed parathas after the parathas are filled & ready to roll, prick some holes on top of the paratha for air to escape. Now roll out, your filling will never come out.

These tips i regularly follow.
