Iam back with another guest post in MLH  Bloggers Guest post Friday Series!  Today Iam going to introduce you the wonderful cook Sailaja..She is one of my close friend whom I met through FB..She is calm,cool living,friendly and very most important (quality which i like is) traditional looking woman.She is  a silent blogger at sailaja kitchen.
Her recipes are just wonderful,where she shares step wise images also.and her recipes are perfect for families and beginners.So,can cook easily with the help of pictures...Even,her daughter also started cooking by watching sailaja and the little girl started doing videos.god...In the age of 10 cooking..Can you guess it?? Trust me.Even,I  don`t know the foods or ingredients names perfectly ..Such a responsible mother she is..When I asked for guest post she agreed happily and sent mail by asking doubts. She creates some awesome foods like a hobby and says time pass cooking every time. Hahahhaa.Can`t believe,how she can spend so much of time in kitchen?? May be ,it`s love on cooking and love on friends.Where she shares all foods with loving friends. . Iam so excited to finally have shaialaja from sailaja kitchen as a guest blogger on my site! She deserves huge applause for her amazing work.  A SMALL CHIT CHAT

1.Few words about u/some thing special which we don`t know?
1.This is Sailaja Damodaran from sailajakitchen.I started this website in 2009 & successfully running for a cause.The money raised by my blog is totally going to sankara eye foundation.Hope this journey will go on & pass it on to my daughter.Hope my dreams come true.


2. 3 Food photography tips or  3 useful kitchen tips??

a) While grinding batter for urad dal vada,i usually apply some oil inside of the jar.This helps us to pour the ground batter out into the bowl with out any mess.

b) while frying any deep frying dishes like vada/pakoda/bhajji etc. add a pinch of salt to the oil. This helps the dish not to stick to the bottom.

c) While making stuffed parathas after the parathas are filled & ready to roll,prick some holes on top of the paratha for air to escape.Now roll out, your filling will never come out.

These tips i regularly follow.

3. How to imporove fans n followers for food blog n food  bog face book page??
Try to improve our blog page by adding tips & tricks column,step by step pictures,comment on other websites.

4.How food blog changed ur life?How many recipes your posting in a month approximately and your memorable moments which related to blog??
Till now i have published 1133 recipes,Iam happy to say iam inspiring many people to cook.My daughter who is 12 now started to cook from age 10 who always tried out my recipes & gives comments.She has posted lot of videos too.I think this is an achievement,feeling very happy about this.

5.Finally,tell me few words abt MLH?
Usha i know her through blogging.She is a very helping person,I have learnt a lot from her.She is a person who has a thirst for learning by which other bloggers benefit from her post.I wish Usha good luck on any thing she steps on.I once again thank her for giving me this oppurtunity to participate in this wonderful concept.

About the recipe:

Thirattipal is a milk sweet which is very rich. Traditionally the milk is reduced ,it takes couple of hours.But today i have shown a very easy method,where everyone can make it quick.


COMING TO THE RECIPE:

Palakova/paalkova (instant)

CATEGORY: quick n easy microwave using indian sweets

Ingredients
Condensed milk - 1 can (14 oz )
Curd/ Yogurt - 2 tbsp
Ghee- 2 tsp

Method

Take a microwave safe large glass bowl.
Mix all above ingredients together.
At this stage you can see the water has started to evaporate & has got a grainy texture.
Mix & microwave for 1 more minute to get the right consistency.
Remove from microwave rest for 1 minute mix & serve.

Note:
Each microwave is different so please keep an eye after 3 minutes.
If you want it more brown then add 1 more minute extra.
Saffron strings or cardamom powder for garnish is optional.
