Meal maker fried rice | Soya chunks fried rice | South indian vegetarian lunch recipes | Indian style Soya nuggets pepper rice


Few days back,I have tried few recipes with soya chunks like dum biryani,soya peas curry, masala curry,soya pepper fry and this fried rice..Soon,will share one by one..Coming to this,it is a simple fried rice with pepper combination..You can try this with left over rice too.I have used chili garlic sauce and soya sauce here,which sounds good in fried rice.You can serve this with any raita or simply can go with curd.

WHAT YOU NEED


cooked rice  or left over rice -2 cups
Soya nuggets 1 cup (boiled and chopped)
Onion 1 medium sized (long sliced)
chili sauce- 1 tsp
garlic sauce-1 tsp
soya sauce-1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
oil -1 tablespoon

cilantro,mint leaves-few
Directions
Take a pan, add oil to it.Add onions and saute for 2 minutes.Add chopped soya nuggets and saute for 2 minutes more.Add salt,3 sauces as required and mix it.Cook for 2-3 minutes in medium flame.
Add in cilantro,mint leaves and stir once again.Add in cooked rice and black pepper powder, mix well all together.Cook for 2 more minutes and turn off.
The rice is ready to be served hot with curd raita.
