Again Iam here with one more mutton gravy dish..This time Iam sharing a simple gravy of mutton which goes well with bagara rice, naan and rotis...I prefer mutton gravies more than the curries which can have with rotis easily...Here I used lamb meat which takes less time to cook when compare with goat meat...
Generally Korma means it`s a combiantion of coconut with spices and other casual ingredients..So,coconut is the main ingredient in the korma..So,here also I used coconut+khus khus as the base for gravy which gives a nice flavor and add water according to your choice..Means it depended on gravy consistency. For this recipe I went marination step but actually what I want to say is,except few particular recipes, marinating when you gravies or curries with chicken or mutton marination is important which gives a good taste and saves time to cook. Here I have shared the recipe with step by step pictures as usually.I hope it helps you all ..Don`t miss trying this next time..And the most important always loves to listen your words, comments and suggestions.Thank you..:)
