Paneer pakora | Spicy Paneer Fritters | How to make paneer pakoda with step by step images

Paneer  is one of the popular food of Indians which used to cook various recipes...I have posted some of paneer recipes in MLH.. This is also another famous snack of paneer which goes well in tea time snack.paneer pakoda or paneer deep fried fritters are well goes as evening snack or like a party snack too.
Though deep frying is not a good idea,but still it is ok some times.Here,I used all purpose flour for base and curd also important in this.If you make it spicy serve with ketchup for kids specially.Actually it`s a very old post but,always skipping to post.Today sharing finally..:)


Paneer/ ricotta cheese cube-100 grams
 red chili powder-to taste
salt-to taste
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
carom seeds-1 tsp
chat masala-1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
yogurt-1/4 cup
lemon juice-2 tsp
kasoori methi- little bit
black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
all purpose flour/maida-1/2 cup



Chop ricotta cheese/paneer in square  (bite size) pieces..Boil for 10 minutes in high flame and strain paneer cubes.when you add paneer in flour batter,should be dry.. Heat oil in kadai for deep fry.

In a mixing bowl take red chili powder,salt,turmeric powder,garam masala,carom seeds,chat masala,ginger garlic paste,yogurt,lemon juice,kasoori methi,black pepper powder..Mix well..

Add in flour and make it like smooth paste....Now throw in paneer cubes and combine together well..Now coat each paneer cube with batter well and drop in hot oil carefully..Fry 6-8 cubes at a time and fry medium flame always..Finish all the paneer like this.Serve hot with ketch up.
