Sorakaya majjiga charu |Anapakaya Majjiga pulusu | Doodhi kadhi | Bottle gourd Buttermilk Rasam

Majjiga Pulusu or majjiga charu is an another popular dish of andhra..I mean, this is one of the famous dish of our telugu people. It goes well with hit steaming white rice along with some bajji or papad aside.I prefer curd raitas often which tastes mild spice and helps to digestion. So,I don`t cook often this KADHI recipes because of it`s spice quantity.
But,some times in a month can include may be..To make kadhi, butter milk is the main item which we need and it takes less than 10 minutes to prepare..The only thing which we should is,prpearing tadka/popu..For simple kadhi(majjiga charu) just add water and salt in curd.mix well, add popu and serve hot.Generally uses  sourd curd to make kadhi and seasoning gives a perfect flavor..Here I used bottle gourd but you  can use different vegetables like brinjal, ridge gourd, pumpkin etc..Except the vegetables the remaining process is same. So,for a variation can try this kadhi recipes with different vegetables and serve hot with rice..
