Curd raita or Dahi raitas are quite popular in india.Biryani or Pulao`s or any simple fried rice reicpes are the best combination for raitas. I Often prepares different kind of raitas in kitchen.This is my recent favorite which I prepared last few weeks back on sunday. Actually I cooked mutton korma ,simple plain pulao on that day so,for a combination thought to try make a simple raita..Already I have shared 10 yogurt raita recipes in MLH. So,this time want to create an innovative raita without oil and also which tastes good if we take directly too..

Believe me!!! this is an awesome easy recipe and tastes truly delicious when you serve chilled.Even you can have a bowl of raita directly in the afternoon time or evening time in hot summery days.For sweet tooth kids this raita is an amazing idea to feed curd to them..Because of adding sugar and honey this raits is mild sweet in taste but it`s tastes absolutely yummy even with rice and gravy combination.If you like curd raitas,then must try this and trust me..Every one will likes it surely.:)

PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES
RESTING TIME-15-30 MINUTES



WHAT YOU NEED

Beaten plain curd/yogurt/perugu-2 cups
white sugar-1 tsp
honey-1 tbsp
salt-for taste (1 tsp)
cilantro leaves-finely chopped 3 tbsp
water-1/2 cup
mint leaves-finely chopped 3 tbsp
green chilli finely chopped-2 small
onion-1 small finely chopped

HOW TO COOK

Pour yogurt into a bowl,whisk well.Add in salt,sugar,honey and mix.

Add in chopped cilantro+mint+green chili and mix again gently.Serve with any biryani or pulao recipes along with gravy.

or you can pour into serving bowls and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes at least and serve.
