Hey!! friends..how are you all?? It`s friday guest post time...Iam so thrilled to bring you this freaking delicious sweet from my friend, Menaga today. She blogs
at Sashiga.blogspot.  We know each other through blogging and she is the sweet person really. Her blog is amazingly beautiful and with thali recipes and the most important she writes in tamil language.She posts all kind of recipes including non vegetarian recipes and the speciality of her space is sharing recipe with step by step pictures and detailed notes which helps lot to cook easily even for beginners. Though iam not a tamilian I really likes recipes which came from her own kitchen and neat,cool looking pictures which speaks lot..Being a pure sweet/dessert i loved this recipe which is easy to cook at the time tastes stunning.I never tried this paal puri til now,but not going to do late..Check out the simple chit chat and yummy recipe guys.. :)

***when u have headache then Mix lemon juice+ginger juice+salt with lukewarm water &drink it.i t cures immediately.
***How do u find the pure honey ?? In a Newspaper u drop a little honey,it will not dissolve it.if it dissolves then its not pure honey
****mix rice flour & milk,makes a paste.apply it in ur face.after 10 mins wash it in cold water.the face will be shiny.

3)How to imporove fans n followers for food blog n food bog face BOOK page??

4. How food blog changed ur life?How many recipes your posting in a month approximately and your memorable moments which related to blog??

After coming to blogging am keeping busy myself. Iam posting 2 recipes per a week.

5.Finally,tell me few words abt MLH??

Here the recipe goes:

Today i share one of our family favorite sweet..

Paal Poli

Ingredients

Maida - 1/2 cup
oil - 1 tsp + for deep frying
salt - a pinch
Milk 3 cups
sugar 1/3 cup
saffron -a pinch
cardamon pdr - 1/4 tsp
chopped pistachios -for garnish

Method

*Mix the maida with 1 tsp oil+salt with little amount of water.knead it in a smooth dough.

*Keep it covered and set aside for 1/2 an hr.

*Boil the milk in vessel & keep it in a low flame until the milk reduces to little.

*mix the saffron in lukewarm milk & add to this boiling milk.Then add sugar +elachi pdr.

*Transfer the milk to a wide mouthed vessel.

*Divide the dough in to equal balls,roll it into small thin pooris.

*Heat the oil for deep frying,fry the pooris in medium flame.

*Immediately add the fried pooris to the hot milk by folding the poori.

*Finally garnish with chopped pistachios.

*serve it chilled.

Note..

*Let the pooris must be soaked in the milk for an hr.

*dont fry the pooris until it turns golden brown.
