Stepping into 8th wedding anniversary | Easy,tasty Chocolate Cake with cake Mix | Peanut Butter Flavored Choco Cake With Store Bought Mix | Perfect Cake With chocolate mix


I thought to post this recipe on my wedding anniversary actually..But,my laziness postponed every time..Actually,i thought to give some tips about using store bought cake mix packet...in that situation was not in mood to write with patience,also need the cake mix packet which i use actually but unexpectedly it was published today..
Anyway,here is the tips which may helps you to try out a cake/cup cake/brownie recipe with store bought mix..with my experience i have given these points..I hope these may helps at least few..carefully follow when you are going to try a recipe with store bought mix next time...If you have experiences,tips or tricks regarding to this post please kindly share in comments box which may helps to many more people.

WHAT YOU NEED

Store bought chocolate mix packet (I used half quantity)

vanilla essence-1 tsp
baking powder-1/2 tsp
peanut butter-1/4 cup
any nuts like almonds,walnuts,pecans-handful
cocoa powder-2 tbsp
tutti frutti-few (optional)



HOW TO BAKE

Each cake mix brand is different in instructions and baking time..The cake mix which i use says to add 3 eggs,3/4 th cup of milk and 2 table spoons of butter..

But,generally  i adds 2 big eggs,1 cup of milk and 2 tbsp of olive oil along with some nuts..

Also,every time I adds different kind of purees like carrot puree,beet root puree,banana puree,avocado, peanut butter..the extra 1/4 th cup of milk which i add is to balance to this puree.

Some times also adds orange juice and then reduces the milk quantity.some times use only half of the mix like how i used in this recipe..for half of the quantity adds 1 big egg,1/2 cup of milk,1/2 tsp vanilla,some carrots or beets puree and 2 tbsp oil always..Because oil gives some softness,means it avoids dry texture inside of the cake.

Particularly in this after mixing the peanut butter along with other ingredients in cake mix,greased cake tin,filled half of batter placed some peanut butter again on it,then filled with remaining batter..just places some tutti frutti on top..

Adding vanilla,vegetables puress,peanut butter,oil,extra milk,baking powder,cocoa,nuts etc is totally our choice..it is because to enhance the taste of the cake,to make it healthy and for also health.one more tip is,never add baking soda which spoils the cake texture..

If you want to bake brownies always reduce the liquid quantity..Means if the packet says to use 3/4 th cup of milk use only 1/2 cup and remaining ingredients is as usual like the cake mix gives in the back side.

cake mix is already folded with soda.if you add it again it will double in size and may does n`t get proper shape.still if you want to add use 2 tins..also,if you are using cup cakes always fill half of the batter in cup cake liner..if you are trying your own cup cakes recipe can fill upto 3/4 th of in cupcake,but in store bought case better to fill 1/2 part.

Use always rectangular shaped cake tins or oven proof safe bowls,better to avoid deep bottomed round shapes tins which may need lots of time to bake and the inside texture also may does n`t cooks well.

baking time also i never follows according to the packet instructions.it says to bake at 180 degree C for 50-55 minutes but mostly i bakes at 200 degree C for 30-40 minutes...all we need to do is checking in between after 30 minutes..when you check with tooth pick can confirm that the cake is ready or not.

People who prefers cake mix often can try these tips which may helps you..don`t forget experience makes you perfect slowly..

See the texture of this cake in below picture..It is very fluffy,spongy and light in texture,even after adding 1 egg..So,the main trick is balancing the dry and wet ingredients quantity..batter should be in semi liquid consistency.neither too thick or too thin..If it`s looks too thick add 1-2 tbsp of milk and mix..

When you understands the batter consistency you may get confidence about result.luckily,99% i got a good result in this kind of experiments..not only this,,mostly my baking recipes (cakes,cookies,cup cakes and flans) gave a wonderful result til now.
