Quinoa Pergu Pachadi | Quinoa curd Raita | quick and easy curd raita recipes | South indian easy yogurt raita recipes


When you love healthy food definitely you`l love to try to take it in various ways.Til now I have cooked quinoa in different types.This time again came in front of you all with new variety recipe..Here I used quinoa in raita recipe.. Yes... It`s an interesting recipe and a hit recipe too.. Taking healthy,protein packed quinoa in meals is very important,so when you cook different recipes every time you may not feel bore too..

CATEGORY-CURD RAITA/VEGETARIAN/LUNCH
PREPARATION TIME- 25 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 10 MINUTES


WHAT YOU NEED

Quinoa-1/2 cup
curd/yogurt-1 1/2 cup
salt- to taste
cilantro leaves-few

Tadka/Popu/To Temper
oil-1-2 tbsp
mustard seeds-1 tsp
cumin seeds-1 tsp
urad dal-1 tsp
chana dal-1 tsp
hing/asafoetida-2 pinches
curry leaves-few
dry red chili-3-4


HOW TO COOK

wash twice and soak quinoa for 15 minutes..Then in vessel take 1 cup water and add in quinoa. Cook until it turns soft and mushy and let it it cool ..

Now beat curd add in some water(if you like) and salt to taste . Now add quinoa in curd and mix well.

prepare tadka with given ingredients by heating oil in pan and add in curd..Mix well,serve with rice along with some beans potato fry or cauli flower fry or okra peanut fry ..
