1.Few words about u/some thing special which we don`t know??
Dear Friends,
Before I introduce myself, I would like to say that I am so happy and honoured to do a guest post in my favourite blog, "Mahas Lovelyhome". I have known Usha Rani for quite sometime and she is such a wonderful person. I see a daughter in her and she also fondly addresses me as "Maaji" Isn't that so sweet :)

Now little bit about me...
I am Shobha, author- "Shobha's Food Mazaa", presently living in Brazil. I am a home maker and cooking is my passion. Apart from cooking my other hobbies are painting, reading, listening to music, making handicrafts and travelling. Having lived in many countries I love to try out various cuisines. I started my blog in 2009 and here I am now with 845 posts.

2. 3 Food photography tips or  3 useful kitchen tips??
Regarding food photography I cannot say much as I myself am trying to improve and learn more. So I am sharing 3 kitchen tips.

1. Get rid of odours in your refrigerator by putting soda bicarbonate in a bowl & placing it in the fridge. Vinegar also works and so does a sliced lemon.

2. Add a little salt while boiling the eggs to avoid cracking.

3. Added excess salt to the curry ? don't panic. Just knead a little besan and make small rolls and add to the gravy. Remove them before serving. These discarded rolls can be re-used to make gatte ki sabji.

3. How to improve fans n followers for food blog n food blog face book page??

Interaction with bloggers definitely helps. Visit their blogs and post meaningful comments after going through the recipe rather than just leaving a casual two word comment. Hosting an event also is a great way to have more fans and followers. Same applies to the face book page too. I have a lucky draw every month for my face book followers who visit regularly and comment on the posts. My page followers have increased since then.

4.How food blog changed ur life? How many recipes your posting in a month approximately and your memorable moments which related to blog??

Blogging has definitely given a new dimension to my life specially after my sons left for higher studies I needed to do something. This keeps me occupied. I post at least 10 - 12 recipes every month .. sometimes even more.
When my fans and followers compliment me after trying out my dishes I feel my mission is accomplished. Recently I had met some American fans of Food Mazaa during my visit to USA.. That was a memorable moment when they said they had tried out some recipes and loved them.
Sometimes during my travels I meet some chefs in the hotels. when they hear that I am a food blogger they happily invite me to the kitchen and share some regional cuisine recipes.  I have had an opportunity of cooking in a 5 star hotel kitchen in Brazil for an Indian event as the chefs did not know Indian cooking. That was a thrilling experience cooking in a professional kitchen. They have mastered the dishes now and a couple of them are on the menu now.

5.Finally,tell me few words abt MLH??
 -
Mahas Lovelyhome is a lovely blog with homely recipes.. the name says it all. The blog has a collection of all kinds of recipes with simple and clear explanation. This clearly shows Usha Rani's cooking skills and the efforts she puts into it in spite of her busy schedule with two little kids. I wish you all the very best and much more success and fame in the blogging world.

The weather in Brazil is cool these days and I am relishing different soups So I thought of sharing a soup recipe for the guest post today.
