mysore bonda is one of the very tasty and very easy deep fried south indian snack to prepare.xpasti
it goes well in break fast time with coconut chutney also evening snack with a hot cup of tea.I have prepared it recently and it came out well..different people have different variations in doing this.check my version and let me know what you think...gigil


all purpose flour or maida-1 cup
sour curd(pullati perugu)-1 cup
green chillies-4
cumin seeds -1 tsp
ginger garlic paste(GGP)-1 tsp
salt-to taste
baking soda-1/2 tsp
curry leaves-1 sprig
oil-for deep frying


1.take flour in a mixing bowl and add all ingredients (except oil)one by one and mix together and mix well till it like a batter.
2.let it rest for 1 hour. heat oil in a deep bottom kadai.make round shaped balls and fry in the oil.
4.put it in medium flame.when the balls/bondas turns to golden colour on all sides drain it on a kitchen paper..
5.serve hot with chutney.....
