How you use ripen bananas??? Heheehe..That`s a silly question nah??!!! If you ask this to me, I mean to an active blogger/baker like me, with super loud voice (i) will say of course ""in Baking"" Hahhahaa!!!! Being a sweet tooth actually I loves sweets allot...After started baking cakes at home, slowly initiated loving chocolate cakes first... These days Iam using bananas very badly in kitchen..hehehehe..Poor ripen bananas always going into cakes and breads recipes every time...You can also use frozen bananas which works well for this recipe, so if you have any bananas which go too ripe and are not going to be eaten, freeze them to keep for this recipe.This is also one of the latest,best recipe which i have tried and tasted.. These are banana double chocolate cup cakes which are egg less..Also, very healthy because I used wheat flour, olive oil and milk. I have posted already banana chocolate cake and banana double chocolate cake recipes in blog.. Now, this time came with cupcakes recipe..These are super easy to make,,just fold alll the ingredients in a bowl,give a good mix,pour batter in muffins tins and bake..Tatta daa...your yummy cupcakes will get ready to enjoy.

PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES
BAKING TIME- 30-35 MINUTES
1 1/2 cups - wheat flour
1/4 cup - cocoa
1/2 teaspoon - baking soda
1 teaspoon - baking powder
1/2 teaspoon - salt
1 cup - white sugar
1 cup - chocolate chips or chocolate semiya
1 cup mashed bananas
1/2 cup - milk
1 teaspoon - apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon - vanilla extract
1/3 cup - olive oil
In a mixing bowl take oil , sugar, sugar, baking soda,baking powder,vanilla and mix well..
Add in chocolate semiya,vinegar,banana puree,cocoa mix well..Fold in flour and give a good mix... Now line cup cake covers and fill batter 3/4th.
Preheat oven at 180 degree C...Place this cup cakes and bake for 30-35 minutes..or until the cup cakes done... Check out with tooth pick,if it comes out clean turn off..
Let it keep aside for few minutes..Serve warm for with milk or coffee..
Replace wheat flour with all purpose flour/maida
Can use coconut milk or almond milk instead of cow milk.
Can use soft butter or coconut oil or olive oil instead of vegetable oil.
Replace apple cider vinegar with lemon juice
can use brown sugar instead of white sugar
