About Me...
Hi, I am Jeena Suraj Shaha, a working women cum homemaker - as my job is part time. I am a Gujarati, born and brought up in Tamil Nadu and married in Maharashtra, so I have a mix of cultures and food habits, though I am not a foodie, and also I have just started to learn cooking past 3 years now, so being a learner cook , I started my blog for having my learning recipes and ideas that can be helpful to me as well as many beginners like me.

I visited Mahas blog once while browsing a south Indian recipe and that's when I started following her blog regularly and then reading and writing comments, we came to know each other.

Few days back, Maha invited me to do a Guest blog, and its was a pleasure to do. For that she had a small chit chat questions and answering those questions was a pleasure.

1} Few words about me...

I blog at jeenaskitchenrecipes.blogspot.in a space where anyone can find various collection of Gujarati, Marati as well as south Indian dishes. I have developed a lot of interest in cooking in the past 3 years,  that I usually land up trying new dishes very often. I have a sweet tooth and love all sorts of Sweets and Desserts.

2 ) 2. 3 Food photography tips or  3 useful kitchen tips??

3 Food photography tips or 3 kitchen tips?

Photography Tips :-
1. Natural Sunlight is the key source for better Food Photography.
2. Presentation is another main source for better Food Photography.
3. Freshly cooked dishes give a natural, real and a shiny effect to the photographs taken.

3 )3. How to imporove fans n followers for food blog n food bog face BOOK page??

How to improve fans and followers for food blog and face book page?

To improve fans and followers, the best way is to follow them and give a real feedback/comments for their hard work on the dishes posted by them.

4 )4.How food blog changed ur life? How many recipes your posting in a month approximately and your memorable moments which related to blog??

My reason to start my food blog is/was to save all my learning tips, recipes and ideas, that can be useful for me and for beginners like me.

I post nearly 3 dishes monthly, depending as per my job and house work schedules.

5 ) Finally, few words about MLH?

Ok, so a few words about MLH goes as - one of the best blog I follow and to be followed, I browse many south Indian recipes and yes a best space for baking ideas and recipes - as anyone notices like me that Maha is great in baking.

Lastly I would like to wish her for many more years of HAPPY BLOGGING and Would really Thank Her for invitng me to do a Guest Post for which I really spent some wonderful time from making the dish to having wrting a chit chat for her questions:).

Lets go on to the recipe...
I am sharing a easy, simple and tasty Breakfast dish made in few minutes and that too with simple ingredients and its called Banana Rolls.

Bread 3
Banana 1{little riped}
Butter 2 tbsp

Firstly, cut the edges of the bread and keep ready.
Take the bread, and flatten it with a rolling pin. Do for all the breads slices and keep ready aside.
Now in a mixer, mash the banana into a paste / puree.
Now take a bread slice, and take the banana paste and spread it on one side of the bread slice and slowly roll it. For the edges, touch water in hand and seal it, so that the rolls are sealed.
Now in a pan, heat butter. Once heated, add the banana bread rolls and shallow fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Our healthy, easy and simple breakfast dish is ready.
Enjoy it accompanying with a glass of milk for both kids and elders.
