Home made breads are always happy to see to eyes.A perfectly baked bread or cake is like a big treat for tummy...The aroma while baking home made bread is something which you should only feel,but can`t express in words...After started baking bread/cake loafs for break fast,Iam getting chance to try various recipes where we couple enjoying at the same time,happily sharing in blog too.. I have already shared few banana bread/cake recipes with different measurements and this is one more recipe which iam adding in MLH.

PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES
BAKING TIME- 45 MINUTES



WHAT YOU NEED

Bananas ripen-3 big

Wheat flour-1 1/2 cup
eggs-2
baking powder-2 tsp
baking soda-1/2 tsp (optional)
salt-1/2 tsp
vanilla essence-1 tsp
cinnamon powder-1/2 tsp (optional)
milk-1 tbsp (optional)
olive oil or butter-1/2 cup
black raisins-fist ful
walnuts chopped-1/2 cup
white sugar-1 cup


HOW TO COOK

Puree the bananas,take it in a bowl. Add sugar,oil,eggs,vanilla and mix well..


Then add salt,baking powder,mix it.. Now throw in chopped walnuts,raisins and flour..Combine every thing to get a consistency of batter..


Apply oil evenly in baking tin,dust it with flour,pour batter and tap it on floor to make it even.Preheat oven at 180-200 degree C.Place this batter tin after 10 minutes in oven,bake fr 45-50 minutes.


Check out by inserting a tooth pick in bread,if it comes out clean,brea is ready..Other wise bake for 10 more minutes and turn off..

Slice it and serve with hot coffee or milk..I prefer with coffee..:)
