WHAT YOU NEED
frozen green peas -1 cup
boiled/cooked soya chunks-2 cups
tomato puree-1/2 cup (or tomato-1 big)
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
red chili powder-1 tsp or to taste
cumin seeds-1 tsp
bay leaf -1 small
onion -1 medium size
ginger gralic paste/GGP-1 tsp
cumin+coriander powders -1/2 tsp+1/2 tsp
garam masala -1/2 tsp
fresh cilantro leaves-few
HOW TO COOK
Heat oil in a pan..Saute cumin,cloves,cardamom pod,bay leaf.. Fry well chopped onion,GGP..
Add in tomato puree,turmeric powder,red chili powder,salt.Mix well,cook for 5 minutes in low flame..
Add in frozen green peas and boiled/cooked soya chunks,mix well..Add in cumin,coriander powder.Cook for 10 minutes in low flame..
Finally add garam masala and add cilantro leaves if you have in hand,mix and turn off..Serve hot with rice or roti.
