2 years back,i was the girl who tried lots of combination smoothies,milk shakes and diet juices.Even,I don`t know the reason why I suddenly stopped making them for break fast time..Again,now because of sweet yogurt,got a chance to create this version smoothie..
Most of the people,kids loves apples..So,this smoothie also goes in their favorite list if you gave once...Honey which we add in the recipe,gives sweet taste and any flavored sweet yogurt you can use for the recipe.Also,water quantity is your choice.Try it and enjoy with sandwich in the break fast time.

Red Apples-2 small
yogurt sweet flavored-1 cup
water-1/2 cup-1 cup
honey-1 tbsp (optional)
HOW TO MAKE
Chop apples take in blender along with water,yogurt,salt,
honey and blend for few seconds.. Pour in glasses and serve
