Mixed vegetable chicken soup for weight loss | simple chicken soup for dinner | Diet chicken soup



It`s a simple chicken soup with few vegetables..I have added some ingredients like ginger powder,oregano,tomatoes according to my taste..It`s easy to make and perfect for dinner time.You can add any vegetables as per your taste..Try it next time.

WHAT YOU NEED

oil -2 tbsp

bay leaf-1 small

cardamom pod-1

cloves-3

fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp

onion-1 small

cabbage-1/2 cup chopped

carrot- small 

salt-to taste

black pepper powder-1 tsp

dry ginger powder-1/2 tsp

tomato-1 small

boneless chicken-250 grams



HOW TO COOK

In a vessel heat 1 tbsp oil,saute chicken for 5 minutes in 

medium flame,keep aside.. Again heat 1 tbsp oil saute bay 

leaf,cardamom pod,cloves,fennel seeds for half minute.Fry 

chopped onions,cabbage,sliced carrots for 5 minutes..

Throw in fried chicken,add enough salt,black pepper 

powder,ginger powder and mix well..Add finely chopped 

tomatoes,pour 2 cups of water.let it boil for 10 minutes in 

low flame.Turn off ,throw some oregano flakes if you like 

and serve hot..
