Break fast is the main course in a day..Taking a healthy and tasty breakfast along with some hot cup of tea or coffee makes the day more bright ful and energetic. Usually using wheat or white bread slices I try different sandwiches,but this time went with hot dog bread..This bread is quite common in western countries where people takes it with a slice of red meat and some salad. But,here I cooked some egg bhurji and also layered with a cheese slice Kids loves it definitely,so try next time and always serve hot..
PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 5 MINUTES
Eggs - 2Tomatoes - 1, chopped finely
Small Onion - 1/2, chopped very fine
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Green chillies - 2, chopped (optional) OR
black pepper powder-1 tsp
Hot dog bread -1 or bread slices -4
cheese slices-1 or 2
Heat a pan,add oil and throw finely chopped onions and tomatoes.Cook for 2-3 minutes and break the eggs.. Beat them continuously with a fork till they scramble and add salt, pepper powder and keep aside.
Take the hot dog cut it in between,put a cheese slice.. Place 2 table spoons of egg bhurji and your hot dog is ready.. Serve hot with a hot cup of milk or coffee..
