Chapathi /Paratha is my favorite which I make often for dinner.This time I tried masala paratha which is folded with all spice powders..With this masala paratha you need only some thick curd or yogurt raita or even can serve with mild tasted korma. Here I went with cauliflower korma which is a nice pair with this masala rotis..Adjust the spice powders quantity according to your taste..I have already posted Warqi paratha avocado oats roti,coriander leaves ajwain chapathi, tomato coriander leaves chapathi, paneer paratha recipes,check and try next time..And, don`t forget to share your pictures if you have try any recipes from my blog. :)
Few Gravy Recipes
PREPARATION TIME- 20 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 15 MINUTES
Wheat flour-1 cup
red chili powder-1/2 tea spoon
salt-as per your taste
garam masala- 1/2 tea spoon
finely chopped coriander leaves- 2-3 table spoons
ginger garlic paste-1/2 tea spoon
curd-2-3 table spoons
cumin powder-1/2 tea spoon
Amchoor/ dry mango powder-1/2 tea spoon
HOW TO COOK
Take flour in a bowl. Throw all the spice powders one by one like, red chili powder,salt,garam masala,salt,finely chopped coriander leaves,ginger garlic paste,curd,cumin powder.. Mix weel and using water knead into a soft dough..
Rest it for 15 minutes and divide into same size balls.Roll them like paratha/ roti by using some more flour. Using oil on tawa fry both sides and serve hot with some pickle and yogurt.
