Paneer pulao is an indian popular dish which you can see in many of the restaurants. But this pulao is made with paneer and sweet corn combination..Generally needs basmati rice to make pulao but here I prepared with normal rice.. You can make this paneer corn pulao any time or for any special occasion.
This rice is delicious as well as full of nutrients. in the place of Paneer you can substitute tofu,which works well too. It can be served with any curry or even with raita.This is an easy recipe to make and extremely appetizing to the palate..Prepare next time this lovely combination pulao and enjoy..
WHAT YOU NEED
1 cup paneer cubes/ ricotta cheese (100 grams)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste/GGP
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup basmati or normal rice
1/2 tbsp oil + 1/2 tbsp ghee
4 cloves +1″ cinnamon+1 green cardamom pod+1 bay leaf+1 tsp fennel seeds+1 tsp cumin
salt to taste
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/2 cup chopped pudina/mint leaves
3-5 green chilli
1 medium size onion, chopped
1/2 cup sweet corn (I used canned)
1/2 tea spoon Kasoori methi powder
