Pudina Pepper Chai | Mint pepper tea | Indian chai recipes | Indian Beverages Recipes


Though Tea is the most popular beverage in india,after moving to brazil I shifted to coffee.. Some times in the evenings when my H asks for tea,instead of same old regular variety I tries this kind of  different tea recipes..
This time using dry mint leaves prepared this which smells like green tea.The only difference is we add milk here.Overall, it is a very good recipe to refresh if you are feeling cold or headache in the evening times.Also,I have already posted cinnamon pepper tea , ginger cardamom tea.. check and try the recipes next time.

PREPARATION TIME- 5 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 10 MINUTES



WHAT YOU NEED


Milk- 1 cup


water-1/4 cup

tea pepper powder-1 tea spoon (I used gemini brand)

sugar-1 table spoon

dry mint leaves-6-8

black pepper powder-1/2 tea spoon

HOW TO COOK


Heat water in a vessel/tea mug, add in tea powder. When it 


starts boiling add mint leaves,pepper powder and boil for a 

minute. 

Now pour milk and let it boil for 1 minute.Add sugar and stir 


well.Turn off after one minute and serve hot with some deep fried snacks of your choice..
