Vegtable mayo salad | Quick and easy mixed vegetable mayonnaise salad for lunch or dinner | Mayo salad for weight loss

These days Iam trying different salads for lunch.. Iam not a mayonese liker but after tasting this salad became fan to mayonnaise.. It is a healthy salad with different combination of vegetables.

 Salad dressing is the important step in making salads.pepper powder is the ingredient which gives a bit hot taste,but here i used red chili sauce.So,you can use any one..For lunch or in dinner also this salad tastes good. Totally,it is a very good recipe for salad lovers or to those who wants to loss some weight..


2 cups cabbage shredded
2 tbsp cilantro leaves chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup sweet corn1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
2 tsp chili sauce
Salt to taste

How to make
Combine all the vegetables (cabbage,carrot,sweetcorn,cilantro) in a big bowl.
Add salt and chili sauce as per the taste.
Also add lemon juice and salad dressing if you have .
Mix well. Toss with the mayonnaise sauce.
Set aside for about 10 minutes.
Garnish with fresh cilantro.
Serve the delicious salad with any meal or with the roasted chicken breast.
