Pasta is one of the favorite food to kids in these days.. Though, I get various kinds of pastas here in my place,I cook only sphagetti with tomato sauce by adding lots of vegetables every time..Iam not a big fan of pasta,but for my kids tries different recipes rarely.White pasta means pasta in white sauce. It is one of the most popular dish in italian cuisine.. This pasta is prepared with boiled veggies and freshly made white sauce. I was quite curious about the taste,actually was not interested to taste it.But, believe me.Loved the dish after trying it.This pasta is so creamy and rich in taste,Specially kids will like it for sure. Over all, Try and enjoy the creamy freshly made white sauce pasta as a main course meal.
PREPARATION TIME- 20 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 20 MINUTES
Small shell pasta -1 cup
1 table spoon of oil
2 pinches of salt
butter -2 table spoons
milk -1/4 cup
all purpose flour/maida -2 table spoons
black pepper powder and salt.. to taste
carrots+broccoli+green peas - 1 cup (boil til soft)
chili flakes and cheese- for taste and it`s optional (I used)
In a vessel boil pasta with 1 table spoon of oil+ 2 pinches of
salt, until soft and keep aside. Also,boil veggies til soft and
drain in colander.
Heat a non stick pan with butter.Add milk and let it
boil.Then add in flour/maida and stir without stopping until
it makes a smooth,creamy mixture.Now in this add boiled
vegetables,cooked pasta and mix well.
Throw in pepper powder,salt as per your taste.. cook in low
flame for 3-4 minutes..Finally throw some chili flakes and
mozarella cheese if you like and turn off.Serve hot always.
