Salads are the healthiest foods which we can take without any doubts..Iam not a big salad lover actually,but these days trying different recipes for some good health...I have already posted few vegetable salad recipes last month,this is the another recipe which is very simple to make and totally healthy too..
The only ingredients we need is carrot and parsley.. To make it tasty added some pepper powder,salt and honey.. Also, added vinegar here in this salad to make it little bit tangy.So,over all you need very few ingredients to prepare this and enjoy fresh always.

Ingredients

parsley -1 cup chopped
carrots - 2 small 
honey- 1 table spoon 
salt- 2 pinches
vinegar-1 table spoon 
pepper powder -1 tea spoon



HOW TO PREPARE

Chop parsley finely ,take into a bowl.. Grate carrots add in parsley bow..Now add honey,salt,vinegar,pepper powder and mix well.

Rest it for 15 minutes and serve..
