Pasta is kids favorite these days,Even my boys loves lot.. We get different types of pastas here,but spaghetti is my kids favorite which I cook for dinners.Usually with tomato base I cook spaghetti which is very popular here in restaurants.. last week back  one fine saturday,thought to cook some pasta but in easy way..So, immediately,tried this easy pasta recipe with my imagination.
All you need to do is simply combine cooked spaghetti noodles with chopped chicken, fresh vegetables and toss with oil. This is bit spicy because of red chili sauce and pepper powder.Reduce the spices if you want.. Also, you can add some cheese before serving but it`s an optioanl.. Finally,Serve hot with coke for a simple dinner.

WHAT YOU NEED


12 ounces uncooked spaghetti
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
small onion, finely chopped
1 small green bell pepper- cut in length wise
1 cup broccoli florets (boiled)
1 carrot chopped length wise
2 cups  boneless chicken, torn in pieces
1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 tea spoon soya sauce
1 tea spoon chilli sauce,vinegar
1 tea spoon vinegar

HOW TO COOK

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add spaghetti and cook according to package directions, stirring often, until soft. Reserve 1 1/2 cups cooking liquid/ this water from pasta. Drain spaghetti in a colander and keep aside.Heat oil over medium heat in a pan/vessel now. Add chopped chicken, fry for 2 minutes in low flame..Then add sliced onion,green bell pepper,carrots and cook for 2 minutes... Add salt and pepper to taste,soya sauce,chilli sauce,vinegar and stir, until veggies softened, about 5 minutes. You can also tomato but I missed it..Return pasta to pot along with a table spoon oil.Toss well and cook for 2-3 minutes.Transfer pasta to plates. Sprinkle some red chili flakes or cilantro leaves if you like and serve immediately.
