Today Iam sharing a simple and healthy cake recipe with banana orange combination..Interesting point is it`s an eggless cake..So, vegetarians can try this happily..Fresh orange juice in the cake gives a nice flavor and orange taste.And, banana gives a soft texture along with fruity touch..Already bananas are sweet in taste,so I reduced sugar quantity..Even oil can replace with butter which is a choice..I suggest to use fresh orange juice,but not store bought bottles..In this recipe I used all purpose flour that is maida (white flour) but you can substitue with wheat flour which is healthy too.. This cake is moist with soft texture, light in calories totally a perfect one to try for a nice breakfast..

orange juice-1/2 cup
vanilla essence- 1 tea spoon
oil- 1/2 cup
sugar-3/4 cup (I used 1/2 cup which tasted less sweet)
all purpose flour- 1 1/2 cups
baking powder-1 tea spoon
baking soda -1/2 tea spoon
Bananas medium size-2
Mash bananas in a bowl,add fresh orange juice,vanilla essence,oil,sugar and mix well until every thing combines..
Add flour,baking powder,soda and mix every thing finely.Throw some raisins and give a final stir.
grease cake tin with oil,pour cake batter in it..Preheat oven at 200 degree C. After 10 minutes place the cake batter tin,bake for 30 minutes,until cake done..
Check out with tooth pick,if its done cool for 10-15 minutes. slice and serve with milk/coffee.
