Today Iam going to share one more kiwi recipe in this blog.. I have already posted kiwi lassi recipe last few days,this time came with smoothie version..I have included bananas with kiwi for sweet taste instead of adding sugar..I have added honey which an optional only..
If you are using bananas like me,first i suggest you to freeze them overnight then add in next day morning while making the smoothie..This gives the chilling taste where you can skip ice cubes totally.Trying this kind of smoothies or milk shakes is a better idea to serve which is also very healthy too.. Next time when you buy kiwi fruits go with this combination and enjoy..If you have time refrigerate for some time and serve chilled smoothie..

WHAT YOU NEED

Kiwi Fruits-2 big
yogurt-1 cup
water-1 cup or milk 
honey-1 table spoon (optional)
banana-1 big or 2

HOW TO MAKE


peel the kiwi fruit skin,take it in blender,also add all the other ingredients.. Blend it until smoothy,for few seconds..

Serve immediately.
