orange juice - 1 cup
yogurt/curd - 1 cup
salt-2 pinches (optional)
sugar or honey -1 table spoon
HOW TO PREPARE
Peel out the skin of mango,chop in to pieces,grind into fine puree. Now add in this freshly squeezed orange juice,yogurt,salt,sugar and blend for 20-30 seconds.. Until it turns creamy and soft..Now pour in glass and serve immediately..
