Smoothies,Juices,Milkshakes are great beverages for breakfast..This healthy smoothie is made with mango,orange and fruit flavored yogurt..This recipe calls for just three ingredients and will work great with honey or sugar combination which is an optional only..
This smoothie is the prefect way to cool off in the summer when mangoes are at its peak,adding plenty of sweetness to this healthy drink.I have already posted a smoothie with same combination but added banana there..Try this fusion smoothie when you get both fruits and enjoy..

WHAT YOU NEED
mango fruit-1
orange juice - 1 cup
yogurt/curd - 1 cup
salt-2 pinches (optional)
sugar or honey -1 table spoon



HOW TO PREPARE
Peel out the skin of mango,chop in to pieces,grind into fine puree.   Now add in this freshly squeezed orange juice,yogurt,salt,sugar and blend for 20-30 seconds.. Until it turns creamy and soft..Now pour in glass and serve immediately..
