Chapathi or paratha is a simple indian flat bread recipe which most of the indian prefer to make for dinner or breakfast times..Even I love to try to different paratha recipes always instead of repeating same old roti..I have posted already coriander leaves paratha,parsley paratha,avocado paratha etc.. Those are the parathas with different foldings and named with particular ingredient..So,here in this recipe we add only spice powders not any veggies or leafy vegetables.. All you need is all the indian spice powders and some oil to pan fry the paratha...This is one the best and easiest paratha recipe to try.. It can be served with fresh thick yogurt or any vegetable raita along with some onion slices..Try this next time instead of making same old rotis and enjoy hot with some with some curd..

PREPARATION TIME- 25 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 15 MINUTES
wheat flour -1 cup
oil -1 table spoonblack pepper powder -1/2 tea spoon (optional)
turmeric powder-1/2 tea spoon
red chilly powder - 1/2 tea spoon
cumin powder -1 tea spoon
garam masala powder -1 tea spoon
coriander powder-1/2 tea spoon
chat masala -1/2 tea spoon
HOW TO COOK
Take flour in a bowl.add water,salt,oil and knead into a soft dough. Rest aside for 15-20 minutes..In another bowl take all the spice powders and mix well..
Divide the dough in to equal parts and roll it and apply oil and sprinkle the made masala on top of it then cut it into small pieces.
Take each piece and put it top of the other and press it with hand and using rolling pin roll the masala paratha.
Take a tawa/pan add oil fry paratha on medium heat till both sides gets brown dots..Serve hot with any vegetable curry or curd.
