Potato Peas Curry | Aloo Matar Subzi | Jaipur Style Potato Peas Subji | Potato Peas Kurma | Korma Recipes


Potato and green peas combination is a big hit which always gives a  nice dishes in the form of result.. This is a simple yet tasty curry which cooked in jaipur style..All you need to do is,mixing the spice powders in curd,and boiling the main veggies..

WHAT YOU NEED
potato-3 big
green peas -1 cup (I used frozen)
salt-to taste
red chili powder- 2 tea spoons
turmeric powder-1/2 tea spoon
coriander powder-1 tea spoon
cumin powder-1 tea spoon
garam masala -1 tea spoon
besan flour/chick pea flour-2 table spoons
kasoori methi powder -1 tea spoon

HOW TO COOK

Beat curd in  a bowl,add salt,red chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala and mix well..Then add besan flour and mix it well.

in  a vessel heat some water,boil chopped potatoes,peas for 10 minutes in medium flame and drain in a colander..

Now heat a pan with oil,throw all whole garam masala ingredients,saute for few seconds. Then add boiled potato and green peas ..saute for 2 minutes... Add in masala curd mixure and stir once.. add a cup of water and cook for 10 minute sin low flame by closing with a lid..

Add kasoori methi powder and mix well.Turn off and serve hot with roti/pulka..
