It`s a simple chicken burger with less ingredients..All you need is burger bread,chicken breast,some veggie slices and few spices.. When I bought chicken breast first thought to make some chicken curry but later prepared this chicken burger..In this version no need to make grinding chicken..All you need to do is marinate the chicken with spices,rest it for 10 minutes and pan fry it for few minutes...I have already posted few burger recipes,check and follow the notes to try next time.

PREPARATION TIME- 30 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
Chicken breast slices-1 or 2
soya sauce-1 tea spoon
garam masala-1/2 tea spoon
red chili sauce-1 tea spoon
ginger garlic paste-1/2 tea spoon
To assemble burger
HOW TO COOK
In a plate take soya sauce,garam masala,red chili sauce,ginger garlic paste,salt,mix well.. coat this mixture to chicken both sides,rest it for 15 minutes..
Heat a non stick pan with oil,fry chicken slice in low flame both sides...
to assemble burger you need capsicum slice,onion slices,tomato slices,mayonnaise,salad sauce and burger buns.
Now cut bread into half,on one slice put some mayonnaise,assemble capsicum,onion,tomato slices,fried chicken breast,on another slice spread some ketchup,cheese slice,lettuce leaf,spread some salad sauce (if you have).Club these two breads and serve.
