Chettinad Style Egg Curry | How to make Chettinad Egg Curry | Boiled Egg Curry | Restaurant Style Anda Gravy Recipes | Egg Gravy Recipes For Roti/Chapathi

I have already posted some egg based gravy recipes in blog which rae very perfect to pair with rotis and this time going to share south indian popular chettinad egg masala curry which is super simple to cook and tastes great of course..
Eggs are very good source of protein and can be used to dish up a quick curry for a meal. This recipe has boiled eggs in a spicy masala gravy. In This curry key ingredients are fresh garam masala powder and tamarind juice..If the boiled eggs are ready in hand,all you need to do is just simmered them in onion tomato gravy. Tamarind juice gives a nice tangy taste which is different from the other egg curries.This egg curry best goes with steamed rice or phulka or chapathi.

CATEGORY- Egg Gravy Recipes | Anda Masala

1.Eggs boiled- 6
2. Chilli powder -2 tbsp
3.Onions -2 big
4.Coriander powder- 1 tsp
5.Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
6.Fennel seeds - 1/2 tbsp
7.Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
8.Green chillies - 3 (optional)
9.Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
10.Dried red chillies -2
11.Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
12.Oil -2-3 table spoons
13.Tomato puree - 1 cup
14.Pepper corns - 1 tbsp
15.Poppy seeds - 2 tbsp

16.tamarind juice-1/2 cup

1.Take a pan add red chillies,pepper corns,1 tsp cumin seeds,coriander seeds,fennel seeds and dry roast them for few minutes. Then grind into powder..
2.Heat some oil in another pan add in mustard seeds,cumin seeds,red chili,chopped onions,curry leaves,ginger garlic paste,mix well and cook for few minutes.
3.Add green chillies,tomato puree,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt mix well.Cover and cook or another 5 minutes.

4.Add ground chettinad masala,tamarind juice and 1 cup of water,mix it up.Cook for few minutes and add boiled eggs and coriander leaves.Serve hot with roti/naan.
