Salads are our couple favorite which we prepares for dinner times on monday`s specially..This is a refreshing salad which is perfect with is folded with chia seeds.You can have this bowl in lunch instead of a meal if you are in diet.
Chia seed is a highly versatile food that can nicely integrated into several healthy and tasty food recipes.This seeds are a nutrient-dense food which can rightly fit into any healthy weight loss diet plan.Over all,it`s  a healthy, tasty salad to enjoy..

WHAT YOU NEED
Red apples-1 big
pear-1 big
guava-1 big
banana-1 big
walnuts- handful (optional)
yogurt fruit flavored-1/4 cup
black raisins-fistful (optional)
honey-1 table spoon
chia seeds-1 table spoon
black pepper powder -2-3 pinches (optional)

 HOW TO PREPARE

In a bowl take chia seeds,add yogurt and mix well..Wash and chop all the fruits,take them in bowl.. Add in raisins,honey, pepper powder and walnuts..

Stir every thing well and rest in fridge for 15-20 minutes. Serve cold or fresh always..
