Chickpea flour Chocolate Cake | Chocolate Cake With Besan Flour | Gluten Free Chocolate Cake With Gram Flour | Besan Flour Cake


Baking with chickpea flour..Is n`t that sounds weird?? That too chocolate cake which is favorite to so many..But it`s true.. This is a chocolate cake using chick pea flour which I baked.. If you are regular follower of my blog,you people can notice that I share popular ,healthy ,unique recipes mostly..
So, this time also introducing an unique cake recipe which is healthy and tasty same like regular chocolate cakes..I have already posted chocolate banana cake with besan flour 
For this cake, make sure to use fresh flour not very old..You can dry roast the flour for few seconds to get rid of raw smell.This is light in texture,spongy looking and tastes good with cocoa flavor..If you love baking or loves chocolate cakes or if you love experiments, give  a try to this..bake this version and share your comments kindly..

PREPARATION TIME-15 MINUTES
BAKING TIME- 30 MINUTES

WHAT YOU NEED
  • 2 3/4 -cups garbanzo flour/besan flour/chickpea flour
  • 1 3/4 -cups sugar
  • 3/4 -cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2- teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 -teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2- teaspoon salt
  • 2 -eggs
  • 2 -teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2- cup olive oil
  • 1 cup -whole milk
  • 1 cup- boiling water

HOW TO BAKE
  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix eggs, vanilla, olive oil, and milk,water until just combined. Then add flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.Mix every thing finely..
  2. ** My cake batter looked loose in consistency. Doubted about the result,so added 1/4 cup of wheat flour.* But,if you feel like me,then only add.not compulsory..
  3. Grease a tinor oven proof safe bowl with butter and dust with flour in all sides..Fill it with batter and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top bounces back when lightly touched.
