All purpose flour-1 1/2 cup
cocoa powder-3/4 cup
baking powder-1 tea spoon
baking soda-1 tea spoon
vanilla essence-1 tea spoon
vinegar-1 tea spoonsalt-1/2 tea spoon
cinnamon powder-1/2 tea spoonstore bought fruit flavored yogurt-1 cup
chocolate butter cream-for frosting (optional)
In a mixing add vanilla,oil,vinegar,yogurt,sugar and mix until sugar dissolves.Add in baking powder,baking soda,salt,cinnamon powder.. Mix well,add flour and stir to combine every thing evenly..
Grease a cake tin or oven safe bowl with oil or butter,Dust it with flour add cake batter..Preheat oven at 200 degree C.After 5 minutes place batter tin in oven,bake for 40 minutes or until cake top turns brown.. Check out with tooth pick,when you poke it,tooth pick should come out clean.
If it`s clean cake is done,turn off oven.. After 20-30 minutes,frost the cake with butter cream and chocolate vermicelli. Serve warm with milk or coffee.
