Cauli flower is a versatile vegetable which is very healthy and low in calories.Usually,I cook different gravies for chapathi..I have posted already cauliflower korma recipe but this is little bit different with coconut milk. Cauliflower and green peas are the best combination to cook gravy and kormas..
Coming to this recipe, coconut is the main ingredient so this korma is so rich and tasty with coconut milk. boiling cauli -flower with salt and little bit turmeric helps to cook the dish fast.Coconut milk gives the rich taste and you can add 1 cup of coconut milk and less water for best taste.This korma is perfect to serve with chapathi..It is one of the easy yet tasty recipe to cook.So,next time cook this version korma and let me know how it turned out for u.

WHAT YOU NEED
Cauli flower florets/gobhi-1 small flower
Frozen green peas-1 cup
Coconut milk-1/2 cup
Coconut-1/4 cup pieces
Cashew nuts-7
Cumin seeds-1 tea spoon
Onions-1 medium size
Ginger garlic paste-1 tea spoon
Red chili powder-2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder-1/2 tea spoon
Salt-1 tea spoon or to taste
Coriander powder-1 tea spoon
Coriander leaves-2 table spoon chopped
HOW TO COOK
Grind chopped coconut,cashew nuts in mixy jar with water until turns soft paste.Chop cauli flower florets boil for 5 minutes with little bit turmeric powder and salt..Heat a non stick pan,add cumin seeds,chopped onions, ginger garlic paste Saute for a minute..Add ground coconut masala and cook for a minute..Now add red chili powder,little bit  salt, turmeric powder and mix every thing..Now add 1/2 cup water and cook for 2 minutes.. Now add boiled cauli flower florets,frozen green peas,coconut milk and mix well.Cook for 5 minutes in low flame.Finally coriander powder,coriander leaves and cook for 2 more minutes and turn off..Serve hot with chapathi/roti.
