 I have posted different fruit salad recipes in blog even posted chia fruit salad recipe too few days back..But that recipe yogurt combination and in this recipe used cream..You can use any fruits which are your favorite, but not too watery fruits like watermelon and pulpy mangoes..
Resting salad in refrigerator gives best taste so try to make it early for dinner..You can add oatmeal if you like and other nuts like almonds or pecans..For weight loss or if you are in diet can try this salad..Light food in dinner is very good for health so this kind of salads are perfect to fill hungry tummies..Give a try and enjoy...

WHAT YOU NEED
Any fruits of your choice-(I used 1 apple,1 guava,1 pear,1 green apple,few green grapes,2 peaches)
Whipping cream-200 grams
Chopped Walnuts-1/2 cup
Salt-1/2 tea spoon
Black pepper powder-1/2 tea spoon
Chia seeds-2 table spoon
HOW TO COOK
Chop all fruits,take them in a bowl.Add cream,chopped walnuts,salt,black pepper powder and chia seeds in a big bowl.add chopped fruits into this...Mix gently and refrigerate for half an hour...Serve chilled with cream topping..
