Fudgy Chocolate Chunk Brownies | Fudgy Brownies With Chocolate Chunks | Double Chocolate Brownies With Walnuts

These brownies are quick and easy to make. Not only you,but everyone just loves these brownies.. I used bittersweet chocolate chunks and was thrilled with the result which is moist,not-to-sweet taste. Walnuts really make the difference with this simple homemade treat.
You can use any baking tray but I adjusted to put the batter in a glass pan and baked it for 30 minutes and they came out so good...I used unsalted butter in this recipe, but you can go with oil if you want. Also, can use pecans instead of walnuts..Overall,these are one of the best brownies I've ever had.Bake these next time and surprise your family..

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (natural or Dutch-process)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2/3 cups walnut or pecan pieces
  • handful of chopped chocolate chunks

  • HOW TO COOK

  • Preheat the oven to 325. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray, then line it with parchment paper, this way you can lift the brownies right out. Spray the parchment too. Or apply oil or butter with your hands to the glass bowl or baking tin and dust it with flour.
  • Combine the butter, sugar, cocoa and salt in a medium metal bowl.Keep stirring until the butter’s all melted and you have a paste.
  • Stir in the vanilla with a wooden spoon. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring vigorously after each one. Add the flour and stir until it disappears. Stir in the nuts and chocolate chunks then spread evenly in your lined pan. Throw some more choco chunks on top of the batter.
  • Bake until a cake tester comes out mostly clean, 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool on a rack.

  • Lift up the parchment on to a cutting board and cut the brownies into squares.
